Positive about Mental Health
As an employer, Spectrum believes that positive mental health is crucial for the wellbeing of our staff and our patients.
We are dedicated to tackling stigma around mental health and currently have a cohort of Mental Health First Aiders, who received specialist training to recognise signs of mental distress and can offer 1:1 emotional support for colleagues. First Aiders also take part in public campaigns, including World Mental Health Day. 24/7 mental health support is available to Spectrum staff through ‘Confidential Care’, our employee assistance programme.
